An action packed political comedy set in Turaqistan, a country occupied by an American corporation run by a former US Vice-President. In an opportunist effort to exploit the best the war-torn nation has to offer, the corporation\'s CEO hires a troubled hit man (Cusack), to kill a Middle Eastern oil minister.
