Turk (Robert De Niro) and Rooster (Al Pacino) a pair of veteran New York City police detectives on the trail of a vigilante serial killer in the adrenaline fueled psychological thriller. The two set about solving the killings of criminals who seem to have fallen through the judicial system only to discover they may have incarcerate the wrong person in a previous investigation.
