Ruthless hitman Joe (Nicolas Cage) is contracted by the crimelord Surat (Nirattisai Kaljaruek) to execute four enemies. Travelling to Bangkok in Thailand to carry out the killings, Joe finds himself a supposedly temporary assistant in a street pickpocket Kong (Shahkrit Yamnarm). Joe becomes more of a mentor when he sets out about the contracted killings and unfortunately finds himself developing a conscious in an action filled plot.
